Stacy Farley's journey into the dental industry began unexpectedly, sparked by her father's work in the removable implant space. What started out as helping the family business quickly transformed into her passionate niche. With a bachelor's degree in communication and business, along with over two decades of sales and sales management experience, Stacy found herself uniquely positioned in the dental field. However, it was the revelation of the national average for full arch dentistry case acceptance—only 20-30 percent—that fueled her drive for change. Through immersive one-on-one training with her father, who was eager to understand the marketing side of dentistry, Stacy developed a distinct skill set. This was evident in her ability to earn the trust of 7 out of 10 individuals she presented full arch cases to. Over the past decade, Stacy has helped build the largest single owned implant center in the country, generating 8 million per year in annual revenue averaging 40-50 arches per month. Recognizing the widespread challenge in full arch case acceptance, Stacy is now dedicated to effecting change, empowering more dentists to communicate the value of their services to patients effectively. Ultimately, Stacy's mission is to help more doctors and their teams understand the entire sales process necessary for success in full arch dentistry.
